Archaeology Funding Recipient Report Submission Form

Successful recipients are expected to file a brief (2 pages) report within one month of the completion of the grant period. The report should include a description of the intended experience, what was actually done, an explanation of the wider environment, conditions, and/or situation encountered, and a reflection of what was learned and benefits accrued through this experience.
