Ming-Dan Zheng (Questrom’13)

Ming-Dan Zheng is the Founder and President of Fortune Realty & Investments Inc, based in Stamford, CT. The company focuses on investing in multi-family, mixed use, and commercial portfolios in the Northeast region. The company also has a full service commercial and residential brokerage vertical, a property management arm, and will expand into apartment/condo development.

Prior to starting her investment company and brokerage, Ming’s experience included serving as the Global Finance Transformation Director for a FinTech company and CFO for an Executive Search Firm based in New York City. Her background in Finance, Operations, and M&A began when she joined General Electric’s Financial Management Program and GE’s Corporate Audit Staff, where she led teams to perform global audits and M&A projects.

Ming holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University Questrom School of Business with concentrations in Finance and International Management and a minor in Chinese language and literature. Ming speaks English and Chinese fluently. She enjoys traveling, trying different cuisines, and taking her goldendoodle (Ruffles) on long walks.
