Marcus Wachira (CGS’22, ENG’24)

Marcus currently lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and is a mechanical engineer and published sci-fi novelist. During his time at Boston University, he completed a year-long Co-op with Kenvue (formerly known as Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health) working as a process and project engineer on a new $25M high-speed packaging line. Later, while studying abroad with CGS in London, England, Marcus wrote and published the first installment of his time-travel book series, titled, The Lashe Contingent. It debuted on Amazon’s Top-20 time-travel stories, and is currently available at multiple retailers globally including BU’s own Barnes & Noble Bookstore. In his free time, Marcus loves to run, listen to heavy metal, and draw portraits.
