Product Leader, Warner Bros. Discovery

Glo Robinson

Glo Robinson is a product leader working at the intersection of AI, analytics, and media. A former founder and advisor to more than 50 early-stage startups, she currently builds data and AI products at Warner Bros. Discovery, where she leads Uncovering the Black Box — an initiative focused on making streaming algorithms, metadata systems, and audience signals more transparent so content teams can better understand how discovery and performance actually work.

Alongside her industry work, she writes on Substack about why the media ecosystem is structurally misaligned, examining both the technical infrastructure behind distribution and the creative development processes that shape what ultimately reaches audiences. She has also taught graduate courses on AI, analytics, and product thinking at Columbia University.
