Now that you have been admitted or provisionally admitted to a study abroad or off-campus program, it’s natural that much of your attention will be concentrated on the experiences you will have during your semester away from the Charles River Campus. However, an important aspect of off-campus study is making sure that you understand and have taken care of all the necessary administrative details. We have created this “Leaving & Returning to Campus” section of our website to provide Boston University students with as much information as possible about the following matters: paying your program deposit; financial aid for your semester off-campus; course registration for your program and for your return semester; housing for your return semester.

Once you have read the materials contained in this section of the website, you will be required, as part of the completion of your pre-departure materials, to confirm that you have read and understood the content by submitting your BU user login and Kerberos password.
