BU Law: Pro Bono Kick-Off

Celebration to Kick-Off the Pro Bono Program and an opportunity to honor alumna Kelly Bates (’94), recipient of the Victor J. Garo Public Service Award. Hear her talk about her pro bono and public service work and learn ways in which you can build pro bono service into your law school experience and career as an attorney. Ms. Bates is currently the Executive Director of the Elma Lewis Center for Civic Engagement, Learning, and Research at Emerson College. Her career spans politics, public policy, nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, business development, and human services.
