Courses and Concentration

The Transactional Law Program’s courses are open to 2Ls and 3Ls generally, whether or not you are pursuing the Transactional Practice Concentration. Students who wish to pursue the Transactional Practice Concentration must submit to the registrar’s office a Concentration Program Participation form. To complete the Transactional Practice Concentration, you must complete nine courses in three categories: core doctrinal/business courses, doctrinal/business electives, and transactional practice, analytical, and problem solving skills courses.
