Laura Dziuban

Part-Time Instructor

Laura Dziuban is a part-time instructor and pre-practicum program supervisor in the Language & Literacy Education Department at Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development. She currently teaches English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) to adult learners at the Cambridge Community Learning Center and Harvard University’s Bridge Program, and coaches new ESOL instructors in the Massachusetts Adult Education Professional Development System’s ESOL Foundations Academy.

Before returning to BU Wheelock, Ms. Dziuban taught ESOL at Project Literacy, part of the Watertown Free Public Library, and taught both ESOL and citizenship classes as a member of Boston Cares’ Allies for Immigrants Corps. She also has experience working full-time at the BU Center for English Language and Orientation Programs (CELOP), where she managed the administration and coordination of group and professional programs of students studying English in the U.S. on a short-term to year-long basis.
