Charlotte Kaufman

Charlotte Kaufman oversees enrollment operations for BU Wheelock, ensuring timely application processing, admissions decisions, and scholarship assignment. She manages the college’s Slate system and coordinates post‑acceptance document collection, including visa paperwork and transcripts.

Ms. Kaufman produces data queries, reports, and analyses to support Student Financial Services and campus partners on matriculation, retention, and graduation outcomes. She helps set enrollment targets, revenue and aid budgets, and merit aid strategy.  She also serves as a point of contact for prospective and incoming students, coordinates enrollment communications and events, and contributes to cross‑functional projects and process improvements.
