Richarldine Lubin is an education advisor at East Boston High School for GEAR Up at Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development. In this role, she supports low-income and first-generation students to improve their academic achievement and performance, Increase GEAR UP student persistence resulting in increased high school graduation and postsecondary enrollment, and increase student and family knowledge about academic requirements for college, the costs of college and available financial aid to help make college more affordable.
