The IT Help Center - Technical Support and Hardware Repair
When you submit a Get Help request, or call 617-353-4357, or write to email@example.com you will reach the IT Help Center, BU's centralized resource for technology support on campus. You can contact the IT Help Center for assistance with both BU-owned and personally-owned computers or devices.
For on-site help with a BU-owned computer, the Help Center's Desktop Services team will generally be able to provide desk-side assistance or refer you to your local computing support organization.
