Based upon needs identified by our end users, Telecommunications has created some BU-specific reports that are available through the Department Portal. To run these custom reports, select the My Reports tab from the Department Portal main page.

On the Reporting tab you can select which of the custom reports you would like to run:

OCC Charges by REQ Number – will allow you to enter a requisition number and see charges that have been billed to date against the requisition number, and any charges pending to bill against the requisition. Click on the icon to run the report. You will need to enter your requisition number, and select an output method for the report (Adobe PDF, Word, Excel, or HTML), and then click Run. You view the output by selecting the Outputs tab.

BU Services Profile – will allow you to enter a department number and retrieve information on all the voice lines you have that are billing to the department, including the phone type that is on the line, the location of the line, the monthly recurring charges associated with the line, features on the line, and also any special characteristics about the line such as if it is a fax line, an alarm line, etc. Click on the icon next to the report title BU Services Profile to run the report. You will need to specify an output format for your report, as well as the department number (in the field labeled Account Number in the format 0-XXX-XXX). Click Run to have the report created. You view the report by clicking on the Outputs tab.

Monthly Dept Cellular Bill – will allow you to see just the cellular-related charges for your department for a bill cycle.  To access this report, click on the icon next to the report title Monthly Dept Cellular Bill. You will have to select a department number from the drop-down menu, and also a billing date from the drop-down menu.  Click Run to have the report created.  You can view the report by checking on the Outputs tab.
