New! DocuSign for Dissertation Approval Pages

As of Wednesday, April 10, 2024, the approval pages for all STH doctoral dissertations (PhD) and thesis projects (DMin) can be signed and submitted electronically using DocuSign.*

Instructions are available on the DocuSign log-in page: https://www.bu.edu/library/sth-dissertations-docusign

Further instructions about dissertation uploading, fees, and embargo options can be found at: https://library.bu.edu/sth/thesis.

Questions? Email Stacey Duran at sbattles@bu.edu or join the Zoom workshop on Dissertation Embargoes, this Friday April 12, at 12 pm noon. Click here to rsvp and receive the Zoom Link: https://www.bu.edu/sthlibrary/register. In addition to discussing embargoes, we have scheduled time during the workshop to discuss general questions about the dissertation submission process.

[* Please note that in the full dissertation file that you uploaded for ProQuest to publish, the approval pages should remain unsigned to protect your readers’ signatures from online identity theft, per ProQuest’s and BU’s policies.]
