Join us for Alumni Reunion 2010!

Dear Alumni and Friends,

 It’s that time of year again!  We are starting to prepare for the Annual Alumni Luncheon in May and we wanted to let you know about some details for the weekend! The festivities will begin on Friday, May 14^th and continue through Saturday, May 15^th with the Alumni Luncheon beginning at noon and BU Night at the Pops.  The Annual Class Secretaries Meeting will be held directly before the Luncheon.  You will receive a formal invitation in the mail so keep your eyes peeled! 

As many of you know, this is BU’s commencement weekend as well as several other Universities in the area.  Room availability is limited.  We will have a limited number of rooms available on campus in the Warren Towers.  There will be single and double rooms available.  To reserve a room at the Warren Towers, call Susan Lappin in the Alumni Office at (617) 353-1815. For those of you who have enjoyed the Boston Pops and are interested in attending in May, please call the Alumni Office for ticket requests.  The tickets are $52 each. 

We will also begin to accept nominations for Sargent’s prestigious Alumni Awards.  The application deadline for nominations is Friday, January 31, 2010.  Because of the increase in nominations, we encourage you to submit them early.  If you need additional information, please contact Susan Lappin directly.
