  • Why and how companies can customize GenAI tools
  • Overview of various forms of customization and their use cases in finance
  • Mitigating key risks with custom AI tools: brand consistency, accuracy, reliability, fraud, cyberattacks, etc.
  • Technial primer on how to create enterprise GenAI systems
  • Understanding how to embed GenAI into business processes in order to enhance productivity
  • Why and how to use GenAI to create data feedback loops that improve internal productivity or enhance customer-facing products (or both)
  • Understanding what type of data and customer signals can lead to strong feedback loops
