Institute for Leadership & Work

A high-trust, learning-first institute designed for senior leaders seeking candid dialogue, sharper judgment, and meaningful insight.

Leaders Developing Leaders to Advance Meaningful Work

Work is being reshaped by artificial intelligence, digital labor, geopolitical shifts, demographic transitions, evolving workforce expectations, and heightened governance scrutiny.  These forces do not sit within HR alone.  They redefine enterprise leadership itself.

The Institute for Leadership & Work exists to elevate the leaders responsible for shaping meaningful work — and to expand the dialogue beyond traditional functional boundaries to the C-suite partners and board stakeholders who must work alongside them.

Led by Practice and Research

Under the leadership of Peter Fasolo and Connie Hadley, the Institute pairs top-level executive judgment with rigorous, practice-relevant insight on leadership and work. Backed by a steering committee and BU faculty researchers, it is intentionally built as a different kind of institute—high-trust, learning-first, and designed for senior leaders.
