Year 1 & 2
- Student Profiles: To submit your student profile for the website, use this online form. The profiles page can be found here.
- MA Requirements Course Checklists by Concentration. The Checklists are used during advisory meetings to plan courses for the upcoming semester and to review the completion of all requirements before graduation.
- Complete the Checklist with course options before meeting with your advisor to finalize your courses for the upcoming semester. You may add extra courses to explore multiple options.
- The list are refillable. Please use a Pdf viewer to make changes (eg. Preview on Mac), and avoid using Adobe Acrobat as it may remove the refillable option, which you will need again to update the form the next semesters.
- Students are asked to submit each semester by week 3 the updated Checklist to the Program Director and Administrator.

- The Preservation Studies Internship Form has to be completed for approval of your internship, as meeting the MA requirements. The form includes guidance for the BU Preservation Studies Internship Award.
- Continuing Student Status Form: Graduate students who are not registering for credits (i.e. those out of coursework) or are not receiving a full-fellowship must complete this form each semester and return it to the AMNESP Administrator, 226 Bay State Rd, Room 106. Please refer to the Graduate School’s website and their MA Student Forms for detailed information on the registration process.

- Alumni Profiles: We transfer student profiles to the Alumni Profiles each June after Commencement. Submit the Alumni Profile Form for any updates at any point after your graduation.
