Boston University invites all ABA-approved law schools to participate in our Law School Fair on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. The Law School Fair will be held on the 2nd floor of the George Sherman Union, with Metcalf Hall as the main room for the event. Auxiliary breakout spaces will be used for scheduled workshops, presentations, and exhibitors. The registration fee for law schools sending one representative will be $200. Law schools may register a second representative for an additional $50. Each law school that registers for the fair will be provided with a table including a tablecloth and chairs for the representative/s, drayage service for packages shipped in advance, lunch, and parking by guest permit (if requested). Further details are included on the event registration form. This event will be free and open to all registered Boston University students and alumni, as well as any student from a college or university located in New England.

Visitors to Boston University will find that Boston’s public transportation system– MBTA – “The T” –provides alternatives to car travel to and from Logan Airport. The hotels listed in our Area Accommodations section are also easily accessible via the T. Boston University’s Charles River Campus is located along the Green Line B Branch of the T, and the stop closest to the George Sherman Union is Boston University Central. Go to the MBTA website and use the Trip Planner tool to find itinerary options and fare information.
There will be periodic weekend closures of the Sumner Tunnel in summer/fall 2024. During this time, the tunnel will close on Fridays at 11:00 p.m. and re-open to traffic on Mondays at 5:00 a.m. Traffic will be diverted through signed detour routes.

The Law Fair will take place on the 2nd floor of the George Sherman Union at Boston University, located at 775 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, MA 02215.
If you plan to drive to the event, please be sure to request on-site parking on the registration page. Parking will be available at the Warren Towers Garage (shorter distance to event location) and the Agganis Arena Garage and Lot.

Guest passes will be emailed to registrants who request on-site parking before the event date. The emailed guest pass QR code can be scanned from a printed email or the screen of a mobile device. Guests will be required to scan the guest pass upon entry and exit to raise parking gates. Guests should not press the button for a parking ticket, as this will not allow the guest pass to be scanned when exiting.
Please note that if you did not reserve a parking pass and need on-campus parking, parking will only be available at the Agganis Arena for a charged day rate of $25.
Materials will be delivered to the event location on the morning of the fair. Your materials must arrive at Boston University by Friday, October 4th to allow time for campus processing and sorting for special event delivery. To ensure timely arrival of materials, please put items in the mail/UPS system at the end of September. The latest recommended date to mail is Tuesday, October 1st.
Please clearly mark your box/es with: 1) the name of your law school, 2) your law school’s 4-digit institution code.
