  • Update regularly. Frequent small entries are more manageable than attempting to recall details later (and prevent forgotten details and last-minute panic!). 
  • Be accurate. Accurate record-keeping ensures you respond on time and professionally.
  • Be detailed. The more information you record, the easier it is to evaluate and compare opportunities later. 
  • Watch Column Types. Use correct format for each column (e.g. checkbox, dropdown, or text field) to maintain consistency.
