New Book on Global Finance by Pardee Fellow Kevin Gallagher

Pardee Center Faculty Fellow Kevin P. Gallagher is the author of a new book titled Ruling Capital: Emerging Markets and the Reregulation of Cross-Border Finance published by Cornell University Press. The book is based on Prof. Gallagher’s work related to three Pardee Center Task Force Reports (here, here, and here) he has coordinated, edited, and contributed to since 2012. Associate Professor of International Relations at the Frederick S. Pardee School of  Global Studies, Prof. Gallagher is co-director of Boston University’s Global Economic Governance Initiative (GEGI), a collaborative project of the Frederick S. Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future, the Pardee School of Global Studies, and the Center for Finance, Law and Policy.
