Before making a request, please check the room availability and room reservation policies. 

MET IT is managing all meeting spaces at 1010 Comm. Ave. and provides full technology support when you reserve room space in advance using the form below. Be sure to include any A/V or support requirements in your reservation.

Hours of operation: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. Closed Saturday, Sunday, Holidays and BU Closures.

Details on occupancy size, available technology and availability of the rooms are listed below:

  • Conference Rooms   (Room 123, 126, 307 & 536). Requests must be made at least 3 hrs. in advance during normal business hours.
  • Conference Room 208 and R326 Requests must be made at least 3 hrs. in advance during normal business hours.
  • Meeting Suite  (Room 420). Requests must be made at least 1 business day in advance.
  • Teaching Studios (R101 & R122). These rooms are primarily used for classes and therefore all scheduled classes have priority. Requests that indicate the Teaching Studios will be reviewed by the Dean’s Office for approval.

Please note:

  • Students (including TAs, GAs, Student Workers etc.) are not allowed to make reservations.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee use of the room. You will be notified if approved or if additional information is needed.
  • All requests will be reviewed by the appropriate departments before approval is given.
  • Requests are reviewed during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 9a-5p). Allow 1-3 hours for a response.
  • Requests received outside of business hours (after 5pm, before 9am or over the weekend or on holidays) will be reviewed within 1-3 hours on the following business day.
