MET IT is your primary contact for all IT-related services and support at Metropolitan College. To address all requests promptly, our team works closely with BU IS&T. The MET IT team is comprised of six full-time professionals and 9-10 student technicians.

Fall 2026 Semester Help Center Hours (September 2 – December 19):

• Monday-Friday: 9 AM – 9 PM (Onsite)
• Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM (Onsite)

Closed on Sundays, Holidays, and Intersessions
