About
MET IT department is the primary contact for All IT-related services and support for all Metropolitan College faculty and staff. We work closely with BU IS&T to make sure that all IT requests are addressed promptly. MET IT team comprises seven full-time professionals and 10-15 student employees.

Staff
Adam Brilla – Classroom and Event Technologies Support
Supports all standard classroom technologies at MET, responsible for all MET rooms setup and reservations, supervises technical support for all MET events at 1010, serving as a technical consultant on MET events held elsewhere on campus, manages MET IT Media Lab
Julia Burstein – Director, MET IT
Oversees delivery of MET IT services and support at three locations. Manages a team of IT professionals and student employees.
Tong Cui – Administrative and Academic Computing Support
Maintains client technology, including hardware, software, licenses, and printing services for around 200 users and 400 computers at three locations. Manages MET Help Center and supports VIPs.
Steven Hastings – Cloud Systems Support
Responsible for planning, implementation, and support of the college’s cloud systems, SaaS, PaaS platforms. Maintains and supports Destiny One (CPE), Canto (Marketing), FileMaker Cloud (Summer Term), MET-Central SharePoint (all MET).
Edgard Hernandez – Virtualization Services Support
Responsible for supporting the development and delivery of MET programs with technology-enhanced courses, works directly with faculty to incorporate both established and emerging technologies in support of teaching and learning. Responsible for MET Virtual Labs
Michael Graziano – Educational Technologies Development
Responsible for the development, implementation, and support of educational technologies for MET courses. Collaborates on the projects with MET Analytics and Educational Technologies and Innovations teams. Develops and conducts technical training for MET.
Daniel Mitrano – Virtual and Hybrid Events Support
Plans, leads, and executes a wide range of college online and hybrid meetings and events and acts as a central point of contact for event organizers and participants. Edits and publishes event content, creates guidelines and training materials.

Student Employment
Our student employees act as the face of MET IT, working with a diverse community alongside our full-time professionals. We provide an environment that encourages collaboration, creative problem solving, professional growth, and friendships.
