MET IT is your primary contact for all IT-related services and support at Metropolitan College. To address all requests promptly, our team works closely with BU IS&T. The MET IT team is comprised of seven full-time professionals and 10-15 student technicians.

Summer Semester Help Center Hours (May 9 – August 7):

• Monday-Thursday: 9 AM – 9 PM
• Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM (Onsite), 5 PM – 9 PM (Remote)
• Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM (Remote)
• Sunday: Closed

Closed on Holidays and Intersessions
