ServiceNow is an enterprise service management ticketing system. It is configured to meet BU’s unique requirements and is the main tool for submitting all technology requests.
All requests brought to MET IT by faculty, staff & students from one of our various contact methods are made into tickets, which are digital living documents that record major details, updates, and resolution notes. As MET IT makes updates to a ticket, clients will receive regular e-mail updates that they are able to reply to directly (sent from IT Help Center) or view from the My TechWeb portal.
