I have taught, counseled, and mentored students for over 25 years, and seen the evolution of the field of academic support to a place where student learning and well-being has become central to our concept of student success. I am dedicated to developing and evolving the academic enrichment resources at BU Law to support this amazing group of future lawyers.
“After practicing as an employment litigator for 4 years, I realized my passion was being in the classroom working with students to develop the core skills needed to achieve their potential in law school and beyond,” she says.
Professor Freudenheim’s advice for students is to “strive for progress, not perfection!” She focuses her teaching on academic support throughout the curriculum. While she specializes in legal writing, legal practice skills, client counseling, and bar preparation, Freudenheim has also taught courses in contracts, employment law, and evidence.
