Biography
Jessica develops programming for and advises students and alumni interested in employment opportunities with small, mid-sized and large law firms. She previously served as a Career Advisor for the American Law, Banking and Financial Law, and Intellectual Property Law LLM Programs at Boston University School of Law. Prior to joining Boston University School of Law, she was a Clerkship Specialist with the Office of Career Services at Harvard Law School. Jessica began her legal career as a term law clerk with the United States Bankruptcy Court in Hartford, Connecticut. She subsequently moved to the Boston area, where she practiced law as a commercial real estate attorney with two Boston law firms and as Counsel and Assistant Vice President of the Real Estate Law Division of John Hancock Financial Services, Inc. Jessica received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she was a member of the Connecticut Journal of International Law, and her B.A. in Economics with a minor in Spanish from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts bars.
