Linda C. McClain will speak on the panel for The Childress Symposium, Saint Louis University, hosted by Saint Louis University Law Journal. Carlos Ball will deliver the Childress Memorial Lecture, “Progressive Constitutionalism and its Libertarian Discontents: The Case of LGBTQ Rights,” with Professor McClain participating as one of several panelists giving a paper related to the general issue of LGBTQ+ rights. The symposium will run from October 12 to 13, 2023.
