Biography

NhuY Le is a business immigration attorney and legal operations executive whose career spans Big Law, inhouse practice, and leadership roles in the global mobility and legaltech sectors. She began her legal career as an Associate in Fragomen’s Boston office, then served as inhouse immigration counsel at Microsoft before scaling legal teams at venturebacked immigration companies. She is currently the CoFounder and Chief Legal Officer of Go Jumpstart, an immigration technology startup using AI to streamline complex U.S. immigration workflows and expand access for global talent. She was named one of Business Insider’s top immigration lawyers for startups and is a contributing author to the anthology Women in Law: Discovering the True Meaning of Success. She holds a JD from Boston College Law School.
