Lando & Anastasi names Eric P. Carnevale (’09) as partner
Lando & Anastasi, LLP (L&A) is pleased to announce Eric P. Carnevale (’09) has been elevated to partner of the firm.
Eric has more than a decade of experience representing companies in intellectual property disputes across a variety of industries, including consumer products, biotechnology, software, and social media. He has won precedent-setting decisions before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as numerous district court victories. Eric is a natural teacher and has proven his leadership ability by managing internallegal education programs for the firm’s practitioners. He is an expert in dissecting and analyzing complex intellectual property cases and has a tremendous ability to easily communicate their significance for clients.
