XCC affords you the unique opportunity to come out of your silos such as CAS, COM, Questrom, and SHA to collaborate with students outside of your discipline. Imagine a team of finance, engineering, journalism, psychology, and education majors bringing fresh perspectives to work on a common project. Each team is expected to represent a range of majors, mindsets, and experiences–mirroring the technical, intellectual, and cultural diversity that defines the 21st-century workplace.
