Meet your Tbh facilitators:

Jeremy Goldberg, PhD

Hi!  I’m Jeremy, and I’m trying to make kindness cool and the world better than it was yesterday. I wrote a book, gave a TEDx talk, coach clients, lead retreats, host a podcast, and share daily delights with more than 60,000 followers on Instagram and Facebook. I worked for governments and universities for over a decade, am an expert in human behavior, and spent years studying how our brains influence our actions and wrote a PhD thesis about it. I’ve also trained myself through countless scientific studies and books related to self-help, self-care, self-growth, and self-doubt. Also, I’m super stoked to meet you.

Kendra Adachi

Hi! I’m Kendra, and I empower souls toward liberating their bodies, unapologetically expressing self-acceptance, shedding body shame, and radically honoring their health through self-love activism. I mentor private clients, and am a nut butter fanatic, a movement enthusiast, and chaser of full-body, hell-yes life experiences. As a Certified Health Coach with Institute for Integrative Nutrition, completing the four levels of personal development through Integrity Seminars, and having the gift of experiencing depression and mental illness, my coaching philosophy encourages self-exploration, self-responsibility, radical honesty, and compassion so we can unapologetically take up space and own our needs.
