Prof. Martin studies Greek and Phoenician art history and archaeology, and is a co-director of the Tel Dor excavations (http://dor.huji.ac.il/). Her books are The Art of Contact: Comparative Approaches to Greek and Phoenician Art (University of Pennsylvania Press, 2017) and The Tiny and the Fragmented: Miniature, Broken, or Otherwise “Incomplete” Objects in the Ancient World (co-edited with Stephanie Langin-Hooper; Oxford University Press, 2018). She is currently working on Dor reports and a book on the origins of the Greek herm.
