Yao Liu

Yao Liu is a Former Global China Research Fellow at the Boston University Global Development Policy Center and a Ph.D candidate at Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Her research interests span global balance of payments, cross-border capital flows and systematic financial risk. She is good at carrying on quantitative research based on theoretical model. Her paper has published in a series of CSSCI journals, such as Studies of International Finance, World Economy Studies, International Economic Reviewetc. Besides, she works as a peer reviewer of a few journals. Her Ph.D thesis will focus on the sustainability of global imbalance adjustment and its potential impact.
