Xinyan Shen is the Bilingual Communications Assistant for the Global China Initiative at the Global Development Policy Center (GDP Center). She is pursuing a M.A. degree in International Affairs at the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies with a specialization in International Communication. She received her B.A. degree in International Journalism from Hong Kong Baptist University.
