Victoria is a Ph.D. candidate in International Relations and Political Science at the University of Southern California. She’s currently a predoctoral fellow at the Global Development Policy Center at Boston University. Her research examines how developing countries respond to shifts in the international economic system. She uses the China-Latin America relationship as the main setting of her analysis. Victoria also holds an M.A. in Economics (USC) and an M.A. in Chinese Studies (University of Michigan).
