Steven Rosenzweig is an Assistant Professor in Political Science at Boston University. He studies comparative politics and the political economy of development, with a particular focus on political violence, electoral accountability, and African politics. He also has an interest in causal inference and research methods. His research has investigated election-related violence, ethnic voting, and the politics of public goods provision. Current projects include researching the effects of party primaries in developing democracies and the validity of data from household surveys conducted in the developing world. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Yale University.
