Sarah Sklar is a Former Global China Pre-doctoral Research Fellow and PhD student in the Department of Political Science at Boston University. She studies global development and international political economy, with a particular focus on politics and economics in China. She also uses network analysis to examine global financial flows and China’s role in the international political economy. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Brown University and also studied at Minzu University in Beijing.
