Samantha Igo is the Communications and Outreach Associate for the Global Development Policy Center. She works on implementing strategic communications, social media, and outreach for the Global Economic Governance Initiative and the Task Force on Climate, Development and the International Monetary Fund.
Previously, Sam worked as social media manager and speechwriter for the Comptroller of Maryland as well as communications director for Maryland State Senator Mary Washington. She is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Arts in Writing Seminars, Marketing & Communications, and Museum Studies.
