Dr. Paul Ogendi is a lecturer at the University of Nairobi Faculty of Law and a practicing advocate at P. Ogendi and Company Advocates in Kenya. He has vast experience in trade, IP, health and human rights research particularly in the area of access to medicines where he is widely published. He previously worked worked for the African Commission on Human and People’s Rights, Innovative Lawyering – IP, AIDS Law Project – Kenya, and United States International University – Africa. He has published many articles and book chapters on various topics.
He is a member of the Working Group on Trade Treaties and Access to Medicines housed within the Global Economic Governance Initiative.
