Mr. Milos Zarkovic is a Senior Officer in the Finance and Accounting Department at Societe Generale Bank. In this role, he advises management based on analysis and calculations of bank capital adequacy, accounting projections, and makes policy recommendations. He is Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow (2018-2019) at Boston University, a Fulbright initiative by US State Department which brings distinguished mid-career professionals to United States to spend a year for professional development. During his fellowship program, Mr. Zarkovic works as a Research Fellow with the Global Policy Development Center focusing on debt sustainability of Latin American recipient countries of China’s development finance. He hopes to enhance his academic knowledge in order to help establish himself as an expert in the field in order to help Montenegro’s economic development and EU negotiation process.
Mr. Zarkovic holds a Master of Science in International Management & Global Business from University of Limerick, Ireland and is currently enrolled in a PhD program in Economics at the University of Montenegro. He further completed study and research at University of Cote d’Azur in Nice, France, Vienna University of Economics and Business in Austria, Radboud University in Nijmegen, the Netherlands and University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia.
