Leonardo E. Stanley Associate Researcher at the economic department of Center for the Study of State and Society – CEDES, Argentina. Member of different professional association, among others: the Latin America Studies Association  – LASA; the China – Latin American Academic Network at UNAM, Mexico; the Economic Observatory, Latin American – Asia Pacific academic forum at Montevideo, Uruguay. I have made several contributions in books and academic papers.
