Keyi Tang is a former Global China Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the Boston University Global Development Policy Center and earned her Ph.D. from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), where she studied political economy.
Keyi has conducted research on three topics: 1) the distributive politics of development finance in sub-Saharan Africa; 2) the impact evaluation of China-financed hydroelectric dam in Ghana; 3) the policy transfer of special economic zones in Ethiopia and Vietnam. Keyi graduated from Nanjing University with a B.A. in English in 2016 and obtained an M.A. in International Studies from the Hopkins-Nanjing Center in 2019.
