Kexin Zhang ia a fourth-year Ph.D. student in Economics at Boston University. Her research interests lie in the broad areas of development economics and spatial economics, with a focus on women’s empowerment in family planning usage and the economic impact of Chinese transportation infrastructure. Her current research looks at the behavioral biases in women’s contraceptive decision-making process in urban Malawi. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from New York University.
