Christoph Nolte is an Affiliate Faculty Member of the Boston University Global Development Policy Center and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Earth & Environment. He is interested in the effectiveness of conservation efforts. In his research, he uses large spatial datasets, satellite imagery and econometrics. He is currently working on land acquisitions for conservation, with projects in the US, Chile and Colombia.
