Alex is a PhD Candidate in Economics at Boston University. His main fields of interest are health economics and industrial organization. His current research investigates the role innovation plays in shaping physician behavior and healthcare costs. Ultimately, he is interested how to re-orient healthcare towards overlooked but transformative technologies. Alex holds bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from Brigham Young University.
