Lykke E. Andersen holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Aarhus, Denmark. She has conducted research on development and the environment in Latin America for more than 20 years as Executive Director of INESAD, Scientific Manager of Conservation International – Bolivia, Chief Economist at the Catholic University of Bolivia, and as a consultant for the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF), the United Nations, and several other development institutions.
