As part of the Fall 2020 Global China Research Colloquium, Dr. Barbara Stallings will present on the political economy and dependency of China and Latin America in the 21st century. Dr. Stallings is a William R. Rhodes Research Professor at the Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs at Brown University.
