Jacob Bor named the 2018 NIH Lecture Winner

Jacob Bor, a core faculty member of the Human Capital Initiative at the Global Development Policy Center and an Assistant Professor at Boston University’s School of Public Health, has won an opportunity to give a lecture at the 2018 National Institutes of Health (NIH) Early-Stage Investigator Lecture. The event, which took place on March 19th in Rockville, Maryland, featured a lecture by Bor titled “The Promise and Pitfalls of HIV Treatment-as-Prevention: Quasi-Experimental Evidence from South Africa.” The NIH has an extensive review and selection process for lecturers and the event was free and open to the public.
