Mat classes offer a great way to experience the benefits of Pilates in a supportive group setting. Using your body weight, gravity, and a variety of props, you’ll enjoy a full-body workout in each session. Available as Progressive Classes and Drop-In Classes.

Private, Semi-Private Pilates Reformer

Pilates Reformer classes use specialized equipment to enhance your Pilates practice. The reformer can provide support in areas needing strength or movement re-education, or add intensity when you’re ready for a challenge.

Small Group Pilates Reformer Training
Small Group Pilates Training uses specialized reformer equipment to enhance and deepen your Pilates practice. The reformer offers support where additional strength or movement re-education is needed and provides added intensity when you are ready for a greater challenge. Classes are capped to 4 participants each to ensure individualized attention and are offered in 10-week and 5-week formats each semester.
