Summer 2023 FitPass is Here!

The FitRec FitPass is your all-access pass to let loose and get your body moving with some exciting workouts! The FitPass allows you to access unlimited classes for an entire semester (or this summer, you can purchase a pass for only Summer I or Summer II). Here are five ways to enjoy moving with FitPass.
                                        
1. Yoga/Pilates Fusion
Combine the core strengthening of Pilates with the relaxing sequences of yoga in Yoga/Pilates Fusion. This class will progress you through a series of more vigorous sequences, and end with a final relaxation.

2. Hip Hop Cardio
With muscle toning exercises and easy-to-follow steps, this class perfectly combines cardio and fun. Get your heart racing and your feet moving!

3. FitPass Climb
Prepare for a full body workout. With the supervision of our climbing wall staff, there’s no better way to sharpen your mental focus and coordination. Plus, did we mention free gear rentals?

4. TRX/Kettlebell Fusion
Experience total body strength, stability, and functional mobility all in one workout. You won’t only learn new TRX and kettlebell techniques, but you’ll also have a blast doing it!

5. HIIT & Core
Get your heart pumping with HIIT (high intensity interval training) & Core. This class will challenge you to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Don’t let intensity scare you, the class is modified for all fitness levels!
