Curious about what happens in the Pole Dance Circuit class? Taught in the privacy of the dance studio/theater, Erin M., one of the Pole students who has taken class several times had this to say: “I appreciated the positive atmosphere created by the instructor and students throughout the session. We all cheered each other on as we tried new skills. The class is empowering and a blast, while also delivering a full-body workout.”
The workout strengthens, conditions, and increases flexibility as you develop your static pole and aerial skills. Class will include: a thorough warm-up, conditioning and flexibility exercises on the mat, floorwork, and a combination of strength and dance-based techniques on the pole including spins, climbs, and tricks on the pole. Additionally, we will focus on transitions for increasing fluidity and mastering sequences of movements. And as Erin said, it is fun!
